Everyday is our new day, new adventure, new moment to seize despite the time we put on our everyday lives. How is it that my illness made we watch every minute pass by from the first tick on my illness clock. Yet with time, i grew a new perspective, a new outlook, appreciation and i stopped focusing on time and started focusing on everything and everyone around me. 

Story after Story, my eyes are opened to the strength of people. I have a unique glimpse into some of peoples lives, sitting together in the hospital at an infusion clinic. The support strangers offer, the courage to share with me their stories, celebrating the good moments, sharing laughs about the awkward and not so happy moments. I am reminded that i can have bad days and bad days are okay and these strangers take a moment to relate and support my bad days. We all have our own individual experiences and everyone's experience is important and having a community/team to support you, listen to you and cry/laugh with you is more than i ever would have guessed existed when i was fifteen years old. Within the challenges, experiences i gain the more i sit to myself, look around at the world around me, the beauty in peoples strength, the warmth of love in those silent moments. My time i now chose to spend to grow, expand my appreciation, fall in love with the beauty of the world, hold the ones i cherish most close to my heart and soul, protect my ability to stay humble. I choose to surround myself with people that will help me grow, triumph together, cry together and fight together when we need strength. In all i have experienced the number one thing i have been so gracious to learn, is we all need support, we need to cheer each other on and be reminded that we are powerful. Together as humans, we go through hard times, some face fights we wouldn't wish upon anyone. If we can try our best to hold someones hand through their hard times than together we can be one big powerful circle of love, support, hope, strength. We are mighty!
